Guide to performing KYC & seeking support
In this article, the Rubi development team will provide content aimed at explaining the concept and guiding you through the KYC 1.5 process step by step. The article content consists of the following sections.

1) Quick introduction to KYC 1.5 Worldwide

As announced in the previous KYC newsletter series, KYC 1.5 is a transitional version, built based on community needs based on the results of a survey conducted from March 22nd to 25th. This version is not part of the original plan but was added as transitional version between KYC1.1 Global and KYC 2.0 Worldwide.

KYC 1.5 is implemented with document verification by verifiers and has an expected monthly performance of approximately 20,000 - 30,000 verifications with partner certification issued.

Unlike the previous free versions (KYC1.0, KYC1.1), KYC 1.5 is a fee-based version, applying payment fees in RUBI-Block (RBL) with 3 priority levels with the following fees.

✓ Priority level 1: Commitment time to process KYC within 04 hours, maximum error reports & fix 05 times, refund if over 04 hours
✓ Priority level 2: Commitment time to process KYC within 24 hours, maximum error reports & fix 03 times, refund if over 24 hours
✓ Priority level 3: Commitment time to process KYC within 07 days, maximum error reports & fix 02 times, no refund if overdue

The fee rates for the above 3 levels are as follows:
✓ Global: Priority level 1 (6 RBL) / Priority level 2 (4 RBL) / Priority level 3 (2 RBL)
✓ Vietnam: Priority level 1 (12 RBL) / Priority level 2 (8 RBL) / Priority level 3 (4 RBL) 

2) What to prepare

⚡️ Prepare legal identification documents according to your country (ID Card or Passport). Identification information must match the Account Ownership Information provided earlier.

⚡️ Prepare the fee payment method, KYC 1.5 Worldwide has 2 fee payment options: self-payment or ask friends for payment.

⚡️ Prepare the payment fee for the priority levels as above. If you ask friends for payment, the balance in their wallet must be larger than the fee they will pay on your behalf.

3) Performing KYC Step by Step

The KYC process is relatively simple, but you need to do it accurately and remember to check the information you have provided in KYC to ensure it matches your identity document image.

▸ Check your KYC conditions

Open your Rubi Mining app > Access your profile > Select User Verification > Select KYC > Checklist. Here you will see 3 conditions showing the commitments of miners as follows:

✓ Complete ownership information: You need to complete ownership information at least 30 days before to pass this condition.
✓ Complete mining 20 mining sessions: You need to complete at least 20 mining sessions to become a miner at the committed level, or your accumulated mining Rubi exceeds 25. When you meet the requirement, this condition will be automatically activated.
✓ Receive invitations from the system: KYC1.5 version is a limited performance version with an expected monthly productivity of 20,000-30,000 partner certification issuances. Therefore, every day there will be from 600 - 1000 invitations sent randomly to all miners who meet the above 2 conditions. You will receive notifications in the app's notification management section.

▸ Confirm data policy

Read the agreement on your right to provide information in KYC activity and agree with the network's information providing policy, this is a mandatory requirement. After agreeing to the policy, the next step will be displayed to you.

▸ Pay KYC fee:

In this step, you select the priority level and proceed to payment to reserve your spot. Each day there are "100 level 1 priority slots", 500 level 2 priority slots, and unlimited level 3 priority slots. After you reserve a spot, you will have 10 minutes to make the payment, you need to make the payment within the countdown time. After completing the payment, click on the notification button that you have paid and the system will check the result and create an upload position for you.

▸ Provide information, identification documents, and photos:

In this step, you need to complete the information fields accurately based on the document you are using for KYC, such as ID Card or Passport. Pay attention to fields marked "★" you are required to complete them.

▸ Wait for the result:

Your KYC result will be updated by the validator and notifications will be sent continuously about the status, note that the priority level will affect the time to return your result. When KYC is in progress, here are the states you will see.

If an error occurs, you still have several error correction attempts before KYC is rejected, if rejected, you can perform another KYC round, the previous fee will not be refunded.

4) Seeking support:

A proactive way to address issues during your KYC process is to seek help. Here are some effective and simple ways to seek help.

• Read the guide:
To ensure that your KYC process operates correctly, please read the instructions in section 3, you can also search on the internet for Videos published by community supporters with the keyword "Rubi KYC 1.5 World wide".

• Seek help:
In the Rubi mining communities around you, support chat groups or Rubi discussion groups that you know of, these groups actively exchange in your language.

We also host a productive community support topic where you can find a number of useful answers, where you can get practical help, such as KYC fee support.

• Contact support department:
The last way is you can send a mail describing your issue to the RUBI project support department at the email address: support@rubi.click. (Please note that: the Rubi development team does not have enough personnel for this area, so support may not be provided quickly.)

• Ask for help payment:

KYC 1.5 version allows you to share a payment request, but please note that you do not share it with multiple people at the same time, only share it with those who have confirmed to help you pay. If multiple people help you pay, only the first transaction is valid, while subsequent transactions will not be refunded.

This QR code is also only valid for payment assistance from someone who shares it from their own account.
