Hello global miners! We have some important announcements!

RUBI is a global mining network, our value is trustworthiness, the core value of Rubi mining community is real users, real miners. We apply multiple methods to strongly ensure that behind each mining account is a user that exists in the real world, and each miner only mines on one account.

There are many ways to attack mining projects, and one of the common ways to attack free mining networks is to use mining bots or virtual accounts to cheat in mining. This is a serious problem we have seen recently in other large projects, which is fake accounts being cloned, which is the problem of buying and selling accounts.

Why is this announcement important?

This announcement is in preparation for miner verification (eKYC) and miner certification. We believe that by explaining the importance of providing account ownership information, is a way to ensure genuine miners take the correct steps need for KYC.

Complete entering account ownership information!

Your account ownership information is one of the data used to match the KYC information you will provide when performing KYC. This is an effective way to screen fake accounts from requiring verification. Also an effective way to prevent buying and selling of mining accounts.

(Time to complete of ownership information)

• For new registry accounts:  you need to input ownership information within 30 days after creating the account. After the first 30 days, your account may be marked unfavorably by the system.

• For miners who have been mining a long time: but have not completed their ownership information, please update your account ownership information as soon as possible after this announcement.

Attention: when input ownership information!

• Only input ownership information once: You can only enter it once, as we currently do not provide a mechanism to modify account ownership information, which helps us limit fake accounts or bot exploitation .

• Ownership information needs to match Passport or National ID card: Make sure your current ownership information will still be valid with the documents you provide for KYC for at least the next 60 days.

Guide to input ownership information:

Access the application >> Click on the personal page icon (Personal) in the application menu bar >> select My information >> Enter information in the displayed fields.

Please pay attention to the important information below, because you must enter it correctly.

• Last name: Your last name
• First name: Your name includes the middle name
• Gender: Your gender
• Date of birth: Your full date of birth
• Country: Your valid nationality
