Disclaimer Statement
Disclaimer regarding the use of Rubi Network's name and logo by third parties who are issuing tokens and trading on centralized or decentralized exchanges.
Recently, we have received a lot of information about unrelated third parties, parties without authorization from Rubi Network, unilaterally using Rubi Network's image and logo to issue tokens, list and distribute on centralized or decentralized exchanges.
Rubi Network pursues the concept of "decentralized trademark protection", where the trademark is officially protected by the user community itself, based on historical evidence of use and then the trademark identity is formed. This concept has been proven by Bitcoin, a brand that cannot be counterfeited..
1. Purpose of this statement
This document is issued by Rubi Network to:
-
Clarify the difference between RBL on Rubi Blockchain and impersonation tokens issued by third parties on other platforms (such as Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Solana, etc.).
-
Warn users about the risk of fraud, scams, or confusion in transactions, investments, and exchanges related to fake tokens called “RBL”..
-
Disclaimer Rubi Network is not responsible for any loss or risk arising from trading activities with these unofficial tokens..
2. How to distinguishing Rubi official assets
This is a list of basic criteria needed for you to distinguish between.
Compare | Official RBL on Rubi Network | RBL Fake Token (Fake / Imitation Token) |
1) Issuance source | The only issuance rule that applies is: Decentralized issuance by participants interacting with the network (called miners). | Created by an unrelated third party, through smart contracts on other blockchains (Ethereum, BSC, Solana, etc.). |
2) Asset symbol | RBL ( Rubi Block) | Maybe have the same code name RBL, Rubi Token, or other confusing name variations. |
3) Distribution rules | Rubi Network network assets are issued decentralized and distributed decentralized to miners, with a record on the blockchain. | Third parties issue centralized tokens, with owners and contract control, so supply can be manipulated |
4) Transaction verification | Transactions can be tracking on the official blockchain from Rubi Network. | Transactions are not found on Rubi Blockchain. |
5) Valid storage wallet | Is a Rubi Wallet integrated on the Rubi mining application, or third-party wallets with official authorization. | Storage is not related to Rubi Network, usually stored on exchange wallets or third-party wallets such as Metamask, Trust wallet ... |
3. Warning of common risks
Users who own RBL need to be wary of the following forms of potentially risky activities:
-
Fake Rubi to list on the exchange:
Some tokens use the name “RBL” to list on major exchanges (Binance, OKX, Uniswap ...) — they are not from Rubi Network. -
Swap or Redemption Invitations:
Fake projects may invite you to swap “old RBL to new RBL” or “unlock RBL” — this is a common form of asset appropriation scams. If you are not careful, you may exchange official RBL for tokens created by the impostor. -
Call for trust Investment:
Some scammers may take advantage of Rubi’s image to call you to participate in forms such as “RBL staking, farming” investment for profit or interest payment — None of which are activities of the Rubi Network, nor are there any approved trust finance programs.
4. Security Recommendations
-
Only store RBL in Rubi Wallet or official apps authorized by Rubi Network.
-
Do not enter private keys or recovery codes into any other websites or apps.
-
Do not trust Telegram channels, Twitter, or unverified websites.
-
Always check the official domain from the project when you receive any notification:

-
Users are obliged to verify all sources of information themselves and only interact with official sources of information through the Rubi application, or website, or the official Rubi Network channel.
